6/9 Apalachicola

Yes, another sunrise!

Sunday morning we awoke to a beautiful morning.  We headed into town on the golf cart to go to an AA meeting , but after waiting a while we determined it either had moved or ceased meeting.  So we headed to the Piggly Wiggly for a few provisions.  After returning to the boat and putting away groceries we walked into town to the coffee shop( or crack house as we have been calling it,😂)
  

We sat and enjoyed our Apalachicola Affogatos and chatted with some locals.  We met a couple that had done the Great Loop.  In chatting with them they told us they were from Vermont, had broken down for a while here when doing their loop and decided to stay.  They have now lived here about three years and love it.❤️

More cool art ideas

We walked a little then returned to the boat for what mostly ended up being a work day.  Renee focused on several hours of videos and an assignment and Erik did some work and blogging.  Erik met the neighbors aboard a small ranger tug who are also looping.  Later Erik made potato salad and brat patties for dinner, yum!
